SAFe의 홈페이지에 있는 SAFe Big Picture를 보면 제일 하단에 Lean-Agile Leadership이 배치되어 있습니다. SAFe의 기반이 Leadership으로 이루어져 있다는 것이지요. 그래서 SAFe 조직은 린-애자일 사고방식을 기반으로 가치흐름, 경제적 우선순위, 가치 중심, 고객 중심 릴리스와 같은 프랙티스를 사용합니다. 그렇기 때문에 SAFe를 조직에 적용하여 구현한다는 것은 흐름을 기반으로 하는 전달 시스템을 구축하는 것이지요. 기존 프로젝트 기반으로 전달하는 방식에서의 변화가 시작되는 것입니다.
